Monthly income of 3× the rent
Proof of employment or income
Recent pay stubs or tax returns
Bank statements

Valid government-issued ID. No Social Security Number required — ITIN accepted.
A lower credit score won't disqualify you on its own — a co-signer or a larger deposit can offset it. Your income and payment history matter more than a number.
No recent evictions
Rental references (if applicable)
